Wee Irish Fest: parties and a parade, March 15, 2020
The Vankleek Hill Wee Irish Fest takes place on Sunday March 15.
The parade starts at 1:15 p.m. on Sunday departing from the Vankleek Hill Community Centre parking lot at 36 Mill Street and will ends at 1:45 p.m. by the Creating Centre; it is being led by the Vankleek Hill Cadets marching band. The band 50 PROOF is playing live on Saturday at 95 Main Street near the Vankleek Hill Museum during the wait for the parade to arrive.
Once the parade is over, there is a post-parade family party at the Creating Centre with a pot-luck, snacks and other goodies for the whole family.
All parade floats must be registered by 12:30 p.m.
